About Hummingbird Counselling and Psychotherapy

A hummingbird in flight with outstretched wings against a blurred natural background.

Hummingbirds are one of the most resilient animals in the world. Some believe that sighting a hummingbird means difficult times are over and healing has begun. Hummingbirds also symbolize hope and joy. This is what I would like to offer my clients: cultivate resilience through connection.

“Truly it is in darkness that one finds the light, so when we are in sorrow, then this light is nearest of all to us.”

— Meister Eckhart
