To determine if your insurance provider covers my services, please get in touch with them and ask them the following questions:

1. Does my plan cover psychotherapy services offered by a registered psychotherapist with CRPO

2. Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year that my policy covers?

Yes, I am accepting new clients starting September 23, 2026.

Each session costs $150, payable by e-transfer or credit card. Payment should be made on the day of your session. Unfortunately, I do not offer direct billing for clients with insurance coverage - you will need to submit a claim to your insurance provider.

I require a 48-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling; otherwise, a late cancellation fee will apply. However, I understand sicknesses and accidents do not always make it possible to provide 48-hour notice. Please email or call if you find yourself in such circumstances.
